My spanish teacher is a friggin sexist?

Ok, so i am a 13 year old girl. I am in 8th grade, and i take spanish. TOday in spanish we were learning how to talk abuot doing chores. So the lady asked waht chores i did, and i said stuff like “take out the trash” and she’s like “no. you can’t take out the trash. You are a girl. I am so pissed! i **** friggin sexists like that! And she even almost admiteded it! What can i do?!??!?
I am so p-oed.
My teacher is NOT latina, she is 100% american. and her sense of humor is usually decent.

It’s along the same lines as being ******.
Nothing may be done, but get people who were there to write statements and stuff, as proof.
She may not be fired, don’t expect that, unless it’s an on-going thing and the teacher does it all the time.
But the teacher may be talked to and given a warning.

Okay, hold on just a moment. You all are ready to practically get this woman fired for simply having an opinion.
Is this woman older? Is she Hispanic herself? Perhaps she is from a different culture or area where women do not engage in those types of activities.
Does she have a dry sense of humor? Maybe she was making a joke with you.
Settle down. Whether or not you like someone who has different views than you regarding male or female roles in society, you still have to learn how to respectfully disagree with them. Her expressing her opinion is just as okay as you expressing yours.
